Just dirty and older needs to be updated, limited staff around in general. Heat limited and thermostats dont seem to properly work in rooms, we had 3 rooms and this was consistent in all rooms.

Room was next to four elevators and it was very noisy and loud and sounding like a tornado 24/7. Room was dilapidated and carpet was heavily stained. Floor was uneven. Bed sheets very very clean and white, however. Wooden hangers in a small closet were very old and one literally broke as I was hanging out my coat.

The elevator would not close and when you tried to walk out, it almost squished my son. The room was so hot, the windows were bolted shut, and there was mold in the windowsill. Would not come back.

The first room did not have heat from the start and the bed was not made everything was on the floor except the mattress. So after 5 hours we decided to go to a different hotel as the room was freezing cold. When we were checking out I asked to see if there are any other rooms with non broken boiler and the manager said 'Yes" , he did not volenteer to give away that info I had to ask. We got a different room. Ok , so that night we had warm room. The next night around 3 am we did not have any more heat We were told the boiler is broken so some rooms have been affected. We stayed put till 11 am and the we checked out. This second room also did not have cold water in the sink as the cold water tap was not "assambled" it was on the sink. I had to be very careful not to burm my hand or face. The batroom do not have fan so there were molds on the ceiling ; a lot. The garages had 3 days worth of garbages. The positive side the room and batroom is large, comfortable bed.

The valet manager was rude, my room request was not considered, the shower in my room had mold, and there were dirty sheets in the hallway for HOURS causing an order to fill the halls.
