The amenities were great! We even had a fridge in the room which I wasn’t expecting but no microwave. Also the down side is they put a $200 hold when you check in which I wasn’t aware of ahead of time I knew about the parking fees and resort fee at the property but you get $100 back when you check out. It was also a clean room and walking distance to the shopping center and other casinos.

We love Bally’s! Clean, comfortable and spacious bedrooms, clean bathrooms in the casino, a wide variety of gaming and very nice indoor hot tub and heated pool. Also a large and well equipped gym and luxurious spa. All within walking distance to the Village, Gondola and lake!

Parking lot was full of litter, rooms arent fully cleaned (I saw a used blood monitor patch on my room floor), elevator has some weird grease all over the wall, the starbucks service ir really slow. Not staying here again if I can find room elsewhere.
