The staff is friendly and helpful. I felt safe staying here. The room was big and clean. The beds are comfortable. The location was very good we were able to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, chocolate champagne. We only had 2 hand towels in our room. We called the desk and towels were sent up quickly. Didn’t really care for the shower water pressure. Overall we had an amazing experience at Ballys

The lack of signage in the casino makes it hard to know how to get to the front desk or parking garage. Front desk staff are helpful and we were able to leave our luggage as we needed to change rooms. Using the room key to get in and out of the parking garage was a problem each time, the gates simply would not go up one time and we had to push help and go through a litany of questions, maybe upgrade the system. Also the towels in the bathroom are not resort quality. I felt upkeep in all areas of the building was poor. Rooms are clean but need paint or new wallpaper. We would not rush back to stay or suggest it to our friends.

everything.was just ok. things seemed to be under construction still and the elevators were kind of sketchy. there were a few times i thought we might be trapped. other times it did not want to work at all and we would need tontry a differemt one.

We’ve stayed at Bally’s every year, but unfortunately, this will be our last time. This visit was very disappointing from start to finish. The check-in line took an unreasonably long time, and when we finally got to our room, we found hair in the shower and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The elevators were filthy, and the overall condition of the hotel felt run-down and neglected—especially compared to other hotels nearby. Really unfortunate to see how much things have declined.

A lot of scenarios happened. As we checked in they gave me a wrong reservation which I asked for a two queen bed but gave us a premier king room with a lake view and they can’t do anything about it since it was booked through Expedia and not Bally itself. As we get to the room I was shocked since they gave ma a 1 queen bed with building views. I tried to call them from the room but nobody was answering the front desk or the concierge, I have to go down to dispute this. And the front desk has a long ass line with just 2 people at the front desk where in no one else can help us but to have wait in line and after an hour or so waiting they couldn’t help us and insisting the bed was king which is not. I know coz I have one. Employees are not helpful at all even their valet people which I have to pay $25/night. The sink didn’t work it was clogging a lot and there is no way to get help since they don’t answer their damn phone. Phones in the room are useless. They never gave us any incentives on this and I have to pay so much, I wanted to dispute my expenses thru Expedia since your communication with ballys is very unprofessional. The hotel is pointing Expedia of a wrong information on our reservation. My whole weekend was miserable just going to our hotel itself and paid almost $1k for a two night stay. I want a refund!!!

Overall the property is tired and needs to be updated. Dirty carpets throughout, chipping paint, peeling wallpaper, fingerprints on everything. Not what you would expect for the price!
