We stayed a Bally’s for one night. We had a great check in, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was great, the bed was comfy and we had a beautiful view out our window!! We went to the hockey game next door and it was so nice to just be able to walk over and back! Thank you Bally’s for a wonderful stay!

Got to our room and discovered mouse poop all around and under the pillows. Went back to front desk and they moved us to another room... with a queen size bed. Went back to front desk and had to argue with about the size of the bed in the room. Finally got 3rd room and had to go show pics of the different beds to prove them wrong. Pretty horrible situation and can't belive this casino would be like this. 2hrs to get checked in... plenty of other options in tahoe. Will not be going back.

The room was neglected and we felt neglected. Half of the outlets in the room did not work including the TV. We called the front desk and told me they will send someone immediately but after 2 hrs no one came so i cancelled. I called the next morning to speak to the supervisor/manager but i was asked to leave a message and nobody return my call.
