We stayed in a premier room on the 16th floor - I had to ask for a high floor as that is what I prefer. The room was a good size with 2 queen beds. There is a sliding glass door however it is sealed shut so no way to have any fresh air - even a vent would be nice. The beds were comfy and the shower is HUGE. Bathroom is well sized and stocked appropriately. Coffee maker (not Keurig) is supplied. It was quiet as we were at the very end of the hallway. The bellmen were all very sweet and helpful! As were the valet. We had breakfast downstairs at the cafe. That was yummy. My ONLY complaint is seeing vents that were dusty and dirty and a layer of dust on switch plates that were located above the sink. It's the little things that I notice. But all else was clean - bedding, toilet, etc. I would stay here again as this was my first visit. Since Harvey's changed to Caesars Republic, they raised their prices. Ballys a great option!!

This hotel is old and nothing was open! The Starbucks was "opening soon" and the vending machines were down, there were no open restaurants to eat at. The lighting in the bathroom was absolutely terrible. I called for extra pillows and blankets and they were not brought up. For what we paid you would have thought it was way nicer, like what is in the pictures and I would have been okay with the price if I could have at least gotten food or coffee at the hotel.

Perfect spot to be! The only I did not like but I’m a hot person it was very hot in the hotel from walking in and checking in till we get to control the temperature setting in the room. Everything was great. I would be going again soon!

The ice machine on 3rd floor was out so we had to go to 4th and then that was out. Had no water in room to drink so went to vending machines and they were down. All 4 of us were soooo thirsty after we got back to our room from a concert and all night with no water options. Other than that it was good.

It was nice. Check-in was super simple and staff was nice. The only thing with the rooms I would say is thethey need to get plugins for charging phones. There was no way to charge your phone or device unless you had the cube.

Hotel room had Zero towels- I called, messaged, went to front desk- no towels available to take and no one ever delivered any. Too crowded, construction in the lobby floor made getting around difficult. On an overnight night stay for a girls weekend- we ended up canceling our spa and dinner plans and left first thing. Would not recommend.
