For two days with two adults in a room there was only one small hand soap, one body wash, one shampoo and one conditioner. You would think there would be more. Had to hunt down house keeper to request more. Valet parking is a private company apart from the hotel. They are rude and obnoxious, unless you use their service. The Hotel should make them responsible for how they treat guests.

Great location and friendly staff but the water in our room and our other parties room was not hot and did not work most of the time. We were advised it would take 15 minutes of running it, (decent waste of water) but often it would take over 30 minutes to get moderately warm, or not work at all. The cleanliness level overall could use some work as well. The pool hours weren’t as stated when booking and constantly changed day to day which was slightly dissapointing.
