The room was cold and the heating thermostat control wasn't working, I call several times since I noticed I wanted to turn up the heater a few degrees higher but the thermostat didn’t work, I call the front Desk and they say they let the maintenance engineer know about the problem that they were going to come and fixed right way , They never come I call the next Day same thing they said engineer is on his way to fixed they never come, So there I want my money back. Thank you

Clean rooms, friendly staff, amenities were better than expected, location is amazing. We didn't even need a rental because everything was walkable: heavenly village, snow tubing, great restaurants. We rented a car one day to go around the lake. Will definitely be staying here again!

Room is ok, just a few issue on toiletries- tissue box has one piece left, the shower door does not close, the toy from the last occupant was there. We only got one set of shampoo, lotion and bar soap for 4 occupants. The towel has blue stains probably detergent stain.

I am the last person to leave any review but I gotta do it. We arrived during the heaviest blizzard snow storm in two years, we noticed the heater wasn't working in the room so I notified front desk in hopes they would fix it while we were out which they did not, slept in a beanie and hoodie for two nights. I notified personnel both days and was brushed off by assuring us "a technician" would be up to fix it. Last time I stay there we were stranded in the room for two days due to the storm with no heat or solution or even focus on customer satisfaction.
