Memories on my 60th Birthday

It was a nice adventure for my birthday to Lake Tahoe to see the lake again and snow as well heading there and back home. We loved the nature setting for the pool and hot tub area. A little surprised the elevator wasn't working.

Family trip after a year. We love this hotel the rooms were bigger than others hotels i stayed before.the pool excellent my two little boys enjoyed. But the most place we loved is the restaurant we have our breakfast at there the personal stuff were so friendly. They really know how customers service work.! Food were delicious too. Overall i give to this hotel 💯. Not too crowded. You can relax specially when you travel with little ones.

Great stay, would recommend!

Very easy check-in and friendly staff. Upgraded to the Tahoe Suite and the views were amazing! Close to casinos and Heavenly shopping area, so lots to do and plenty of food and drink options within walking distance.

Room was not very clean. Had broken furniture. Asked to get a new chair and no one ever came to replace it. Several lights in room did not work. Toilet was broken. Limited food options. Would not recommend. Pricey for what you get.

Very unhappy customer 😕

It was very smoky. I stayed on the 11th floor and it still smelt smoky. People at the cashiers desk were rude. The waitresses on the gambling floor were rude and unattentatvie. Saying they qould be right back then walking right by you the next time. When they did finally bring me my beverage I still gave them a tip. In the room the drawers would not stay closed causing a tripping hazard. I used the Valet parking, when getting into my vehicle someone had torn off my phone holder and later I found that they stole my phone charger as well.

During the stay my disabled dad wasn’t able to access the pool area because the elevator was broken. So disappointing! The outside elevator was broken too .
