I am the last person to leave any review but I gotta do it. We arrived during the heaviest blizzard snow storm in two years, we noticed the heater wasn't working in the room so I notified front desk in hopes they would fix it while we were out which they did not, slept in a beanie and hoodie for two nights. I notified personnel both days and was brushed off by assuring us "a technician" would be up to fix it. Last time I stay there we were stranded in the room for two days due to the storm with no heat or solution or even focus on customer satisfaction.

For starters, the valet was horrible, the wait to check in was miserable, and management was very unprofessional. The Asian manager kept blaming Expedia for overbooking reservations and didn’t accommodate us with what I paid for. This is by far the worst stay EVER. Bally step up and retrain your staff.

This trip has been a nightmare and ruined my holiday vacation! First, I booked two premier rooms but got one premier and one classic room upon check-in. They refused to correct it! The room was freezing cold! I called them several times to check the heater. They never sent anyone to check! When I checked out, they said I only prepaid for one room! But I prepaid to Expedia two rooms! But they told me to deal with Expedia. They still need to charge me! So I paid double for one room!

The parking lot was dirty, very dark, and poorly maintained. There were nails on the ground, which caused my tire to get punctured, and it was extremely difficult to find a repair shop late at night. The room was okay — not great, not terrible — but for the price, not providing even a bottle of water was disappointing. Overall, not a great experience.
