From the front door to the restaurants to the desk staff , everything was bad. Horrible service. Dirty room on arrival. The carpet was wet. The walls were dirty. Coffee bar was gross. Then, during the stay, They don’t even clean your room unless you tell them to. But Good luck getting an answer at the desk or being able to find someone. The hotel is very old and in poor condition all around. The conditions of an establishment can be overlooked if the staff is decent. But The staff was horrendously rude, unfriendly, and sparse. $1,400 for 3 nights. Embarrassing.

The front desk staff was not friendly at all upon check-in. We were charged an extra $35 for parking, yet still had to walk from the parking lot to the hotel. The room had a noticeable odor coming from the bed. In the bathroom, there was a used tissue left behind, clearly showing that it had not been cleaned properly before our stay. The tissue had not been replaced, and the shampoo bottle was already half empty.

It's an old style hotel nees an update, looks like those old day when they just open. Just to get to the loby from the parking lot you need to walk through a maze really inconvenience. The casino is small and has an unpleasant smell, to finalize it there is no employees offering drinks I played about 2 hours I neve saw not even one person going around asking if we wanted drinks. I wouldn't recommend this hotel casino, I went next door Caesars Republic totally different I'm pressed nice and clean great smell in the air a lot employees offering drinks.

No motorcycle parking other than garage. Valet workers young and rude. Usually casino/hotels have a designated MC area. Casino has nothing for entertainment. Boring. Ciera Steakhouse was good. Rooms good and clean. Only one towel in the room. Good place if the price is right. Walking distance to other good casinos with entertainment.

No housekeeping. We were there for 3 days. Housekeeping did clean our room or offer clean towels. The phone in our room did not work, and the front desk did not answer when I called on my cell. I had to go down to ask for towels and toilet paper. Bathroom door was broken and I got stuck in the bathroom. Only good service was valet and bellman . Cafe del Soul was good.
