The room was not fully clean, there was still leftover food pieces/crumbs on the desk sitting area. Our room was "non smoking" but whoever had been in there before was very obviously smoking in the bathroom. Bathroom floor had hair and small garbage debris. I laid out a few of the extra towels on the floor to walk on. Shower nozzle was broken and only allowed for cold, tepid or scalding hot water, after 15 minutes of it heating up. The restrooms downstairs in the casino smell like urine before you even get inside and then many of the stalls are "out of order" and the sinks don't work and the soap is empty. On our 2nd day, the room was never cleaned or restocked with clean towels. I called the front desk, let them know and was told the issue would be taken care of and we left again. A few hours later we returned, but still no service to the room or clean towels. We had to take showers and use the small hand towels to dry off. Called front desk again but it continously rang and no one picked up. Went to the front desk and let the person working there know I just wanted clean towels now. We weren't going to be in the room for a few hours, so they were going to put the towels inside our bathroom. Went back upstairs around 10pm that night and a garbage bag was sitting in front of the door with towels. Hopefully no one messed with them. Definitely don't recommend staying there, it was dirty, broken and most of the staff was not helpful.

The room was not cleaned properly. Toilet seat was dirty with feces. Shower did not provide hot water. Brought to the front desk's attention and they stated the water needed to be on for at least 20 minutes. No one specified at check in there were specific rules for using the water. Electrical outlets did work next to the beds. Phones were plugged in all night and dod not charge! Counters and doors had handprints. Very unhappy with stay and would like to be refunded. Too pricey for the poor quality of stay

This was my first time staying at Bally's (it's just passed Harrah's). The casino is clean, not to big, there weren't a lot of people there on a Thursday. We had reservations for dinner at Ciera in Bally's, it was good. The staff was great. The only thing that was difficult for us was the beds, they felt a bit firmer than what we are used to so we didn't sleep as well as we usually would. We would go back.

The person that checked us in was not helpful at all. It would have been nice to know that we would need room keys to exit the garage. We were not informed where the rooms were it made it difficult to navigate the facility. The restaurant staff were amazing and we had a great dinner.

Ice machine not working. No maid service when requested. Dirty laundry left in hallway. Hallway not vacuumed. Carpeting throughout is old. Lightbulb in room lamp burned out. No ice bucket. No hot water in shower at 5 pm. Garden areas outside barren and broken rock surrounding area…and on and on!!!! Very Poor
