Pros: Very nice man at check-in from Afghanistan. Easy check-in, quiet area, many dining options and a very close Walmart. The area is extremely safe and very well lit. Plenty of convenient parking.
Cons: Bedbugs in my first room. I had to change rooms and inspect it for bedbugs. It was clean as far as I can tell, but it was right next to the first room that had bedbugs. The second room I was moved to had a shower that did not fully turn off. It ran all the time. I went and told them the shower didn't turn off and the manager or owner was supposed to come and fix it while I was out shopping. It was not fixed when I returned, it just ran a bit less 24/7. The TV did not function, and I told the desk. The desk person that day told me to move the TV from the first room to the new room myself. The TV is bolted to the stand. I am disabled and walk with a cane. The table and TV probably weigh 60 pounds. I used a luggage cart and had to lift these things twice, unassisted and hurt myself. I told the desk how heavy these things were, and they could clearly see I walk with assistance. I told the desk I was hurt moving the TV's and the desk person just shrugged, and she said "Sorry". The guest laundry was broken and had to use a laundromat nearby.
Bottom line: If you need to be in the area for a few weeks, it's probably best to stay elsewhere. This place is falling apart.
