The day before my Nov 8 stay, my schedule was changed to move the stay to Nov 7. I went online and Expedia said I could not move the date and would need to pay full price for a room on the 7th. I called the hotel and they had plenty of free rooms but couldn't move date due to Expedia. They gave me a discounted rate for the stay. They hotel is excellent but Expedia failed. I use Expedia and your partner VBRO almost exclusively for stays and am very unhappy that you are so inflexible.
