The staff was good. Parking lot dirty. Loud people till late in the evening and at 3 am a prostitute knocked on my door, sorry wrong room she said. I had to get up at 5 am therefore little to no sleep. Total waist of $140

Spacious space with 2 queens, desk, and couch. First floor suite, so parking right outside the door. Conveniently located for our needs, and walkable neighborhood for exercising our dog. Lots of families. Helpful staff.

They had more varieties of tea to choose from as well as hot chocolate. Unfortunately, the room wasn't as clean as it could have been, the floor was in pretty bad shape, the taps leaked onto the counter which may have made the room smell mildewy. On top of it all, the fridge was broken/loud, which woke me up in the middle of the night a few times. Apparently maintenance came to look at it, but all they did was turn it back up.

Poor Maintenance. Toilet seat was leaking and the rest room floor was flooding from day 1. after multiple follow ups We need to leave the hotel as the hotel management told they don't have anyone to fix it. We did not complete our stay in this hotel. booked for 2 days. left after 1 night

We checked in late, about an hour after the kids tucked in for bed a fire alarm started going off and on for 20 minutes. No staff came and said anything. Then in the morning when I asked about breakfast, the fellow at the counter looked confused and simply stated no. Would have been better sleeping in my car.

Was the most expensive hotel we stayed in all week - and we were in Victoria and Campbell river previously. The room smelled like smoke, the comforter was ripped and very worn. There were cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter, sink and floor. The ceilings had painted over old light fixtures?” that were peeling. It was pretty laughable. Would NOT stay here again.
