My stay was ok, but there were a few things that made my stay uncomfortable. The bed was very hard, the AC didn’t kick out any air until the last night of my stay & trying to enter my room every time I returned was difficult. I had to try multiple times before it actually opened. I had wait atleast 5 minutes or more for an elevator that had no one on it. Other than that the service was great and the hotel was clean.

Right now you get an average score. I will upgrade it to excellent if I am reimbursed $12 for parking. We did not Park. You're the three folks that came in on our bicycles. Please make that change to our bill. Thank you

We stayed at the Hunt Valley Embassy Suites for four days as our son was getting married is nearby Parkton, MD. I use a walker because of recent surgery, our suite was perfect for me. We plan to stay there again to visit our son and new Daughter-in-Law. Our Daughter-in-Love.

This an atrium style hotel with 8 floors. They have a bar, restaurant, pool, hot tub, and a nice workout area with steppers and free weights. The accommodations are outstanding. Breakfast was second to none. Staff was exceptionally nice. The only issue I had was a few of their elevators were not working.

The stay and hotel was great. Cleaning service and those who worked in the restaurant within the hotel was not the best. Late response time when it came to certain things and if your expecting restaurant style dinning and service's dinning in there is not where you want to go, food was excellent though so that was a plus.
