We had a most enjoyable stay, however the service at breakfast was very slow and the choices not clear. No price for coffee or juice ! The whole thing could be presented better, help yourself to juice, filter coffee and DIY toast butter etc. Would save the delay and confusion. The two boys there were doing the best they could but everything took too long.

Large room that appears to be updated recently. New split air conditioner. Clean rooms. Exceptional bar and restaurant staff. Good range of drinks and food available. Friendly staff keen to offer advice. Good views from the bar deck area.

It is a hotel with cavernous public areas and the room we were in was similar. The bed was extremely comfortable and if it hadn't been for me coughing and sniffling (courtesy of a dreadful cold) my wife (and I) would have had a very comfortable night indeed. The restaurant menu was sensibly sized (I am always wary if it is too long) and the food was well cooked and delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was excellent. The bathroom was a little tired, but a good size. All in all, my wife thinks I did well to book in at the Panorama.

Basic Hotel in need of Refurbishment.
Basic hotel although clean. Room needed a refurbishment especially the bathroom which was like something from the seventies. Food was awful - spring rolls with no filling and soggy chicken wings. Not on our list for the future.

Loved this hotel - the staff were amazing, the position was so convenient to The Bay of Fires and the coast, it has a great restaurant overlooking the water and our room was large with a balcony to see the birds and water. We could not have wished for anything more. Thank you for our stay - we would def recommend to anyone as they have large facilities for all travellers.
