My son goes to Stirling University so this couldn't be more convenient when we visit him. It also allows dogs to stay overnight which is a priority for us. Lovely clean, comfortable rooms and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The University grounds are beautiful so it's a wonderful location for walking. Will definitely be staying here on future visits to Stirling.

The public areas of the property are very nice however this standard was not met in the rooms. The furniture is very dated. The shower head was the wrong size for the holder and virtually flooded the batroom under the shower screen. Breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about and not really worth the price. Its location is however perfect for the university with a bus route opposite the hotel for travel into Stirling.
Easy to find set in the grounds of Stirling university. Lovely and central for exploring central Scotland- can easily walk up to the Wallace monument or enjoy a morning/evening walk around the university grounds. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely with plenty of selection. The hotel itself was comfortable but it is starting to get a little dated.
All in all worth the money and would stay again.

Staff amazing,rooms clean everything in working order .
Awesome setting in the university grounds.
Restaurant,breakfast and very friendly bar staff.
Amazing fish and chips .
I had booked a twin room but was given a room with a double bed. We were able to have it exchanged and were given the disabled room, which had twin beds. So, it worked out in the end. It was not that quiet as there was a wedding being held and other guests kept leaving the fire door open so the noise came down to the rooms.
Booked a ‘double’ bedroom however the bed was more like a queen size. Cleanliness was good however there did seem to be some rotting or wear/tear above the sink.
A lovely night away, after a night visiting the Macrobert Arts Centre for my (birthday eve).
Staff were very friendly.
