Foul smell from the shower room sometimes. Loose tap also. Tv worked when it felt like it. Staff mostly lovely but one less happy chappy. Room small but clean and comfortable. Two minutes from Arlanda express, five from central rail station.

Great location, terrible bed and wifi
The pros first, the location is very convenient and you can easily walk to almost all attractions in the city, the central station and arlanda express station is within 600 and 200 metres resp. There are many excellent restaurants around the hotel as well as grocery store and convenience stores. Breakfast is free and has a decent range of foods. They have about a dozen types of cereal and breads. But their hot food selection is basic and does not change. Rooms are warm and there is also a portable radiator provided. The lighting in the room is bright and way better than most other hotels. Another feature is the many electrical outlets they have around the room. These are not globally compatible so bring plugs for Sweden. Cons: WiFi is very slow so if you want to work or watch shows on streaming services, it is a pain. The rooms are very small (expected) but their bed is horrible. The mattress was old and lumpy and just 3 inches (see pic) which made sleeping not just uncomfortable but painful too. Rooms have a small fridge and microwave. Laundry service is per item and is very expensive.

Weekend away
The hotel is in a great central location, close to the station for the Arlanda Express. It is down a side street though so not noisy (or our room wasn't!). Rooms are compact but have what you need and are well cleaned. Comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast is vast and varied. Busy but we got a table each day. Well managed and food repleneshed regularly. We ate in the Belgian restaurant for lunch too and really enjoyed the food and ambience. Love the boho vibe of the hotel and its eco commitment. Would recommend and is very reasonably oriced for central Stockholm.

We arrived in the evening and I was already on medication due to some medical condition. Olivia the front desk girl on duty greeted us and she was very helpful in making sure I was fully comfortable with the room and etc. I left a short note thanking her effort and please make sure that the excellent behavior in ensuring guests felt at home never go unnoticed. This certainly exemplified your hotel welcoming message “Making everyone feel comfortable”! Everything is just great about the hotel.

Terrific location. The Arlanda Express takes 18 minutes from the airport to the central station and Freys is just across the road. So convenient. Friendly staff and spotless room. Walking distance from all the shops and great food choices. Only 20 minute walk to Gamla Stan Island. Could not have been a better pick. It's our go to Hotel in Stockholm from now on.

This hotel is across the street from the Arlanda Express train to the airport . Super convenient and really nice since it was pouring rain . They said I could just take the umbrella . The breakfast is great and I even had heart shaped fresh waffles with strawberry jam !
