The daily included breakfast was fabulous, and included something for everyone. The bed was very comfortable. I do wish however, they had a mini fridge and a way to brew coffee in the room, (they have a kettle- with instant coffee). This however, was a small price to pay since they had good coffee in the lobby and at their amazing breakfast.

Friendly, professional and helpful stuff. Confortable beds, just a hint about the shower should be taking care about, should have a door to help the water doenst get to the door, wood and the nice carpet. The breakfast is impeccable with fresh, quality ingredients and plenty variety. Hotel a walk distance to the Old town, excellent restaurants and the city of Stockholm. Thanks in general to all staff.

The staff were just tremendous. They looked after luggage our when arriving early, and accommodated an early breakfast on our departure day. They assisted with cab to the airport (a very convenient and cost effective way). The location is great for everything….including hop on hop off bus.

Beautiful hotel with great staff in Gamla Stan

Josephine at the front desk was the best! The property is unique and lovely. They’ve done a great job adapting the old world building to a hotel. The sea view rooms are amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
