Breakfast was fantastic but there were definitely other issues which would prevent me from booking there again. The location is fantastic with restaurants, shopping and transportation. 1. There is no shower door so the entire bathroom floor gets soaked. So much that the water runs out onto the carpet in the bedroom. 2. The shower water was either ice cold or burning hot. I like a hot shower but this was dangerous. 3. The front entrance has about 5 steps which is not cool when you have multiple bags of luggage to carry up yourselves with no help from the staff. 4. There is no mattress on the bed. On the box spring there was just a 2 inch pad.

Overall great stay and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had booked a queen size room and were very disappointed with the size of it (room 507). Very small room with bed pushed up against the wall making it feel very cramped. Maybe European queen size is same as a uk double but it was small and cramped. Some traffic noise but to be expected in a city, this didn’t disturb us too much though. Bathroom and bed was lovely. I would return but would ask for a bigger room and would avoid room 507! 😜

This hotel has an excellent location in old town - tons of sights, restaurants and shopping within a 5-10 minute walk on the island. The hotel itself is a historic building and therefore, has long twisty hallways, many stairs up and down on one floor to get to your room and outdated decor. The elevator also was out of order while we were there but there was a utility elevator for when we checked out. However, the location was worth the trouble. In addition, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Locations near the waterfront for the boat tour n hop on hop off bus ..walking distance to Royal palace and stortorget area ..supermarket nearby too ...no ramp to bring your luggage you need to carry your luggages by the stairs to the reception but theres elavator to go up the room ...i did not get the vip benefit no restaurant on the hotel
