We were given the wrong room. It was the lower type of room compared to what we booked. The room that was given to us was Superior Twin Room. I booked a Superior Twin Room (Plus). There was a difference in price and room area. Plus is more expensive and have a separate sitting area with a Sofa Bed compared to what we were given. No separate sitting area, no sofa bed and smaller floor area. This caused us to completely change our plans for the duration of our stay.

The people and room are great. There are two issues. Doors on second floor to an elevated main street is not open most of the time. Also too popular for may business travelers so breakfast buffet is overcrowded.
