I booked and paid for double queen bed but the front desk said it was only for 1 bed. I showed her the reservation email confirmation for double queen bed and she continued to argue that it was only for 1 bed. She asked me to pay for more or contact Hotels.com. Good thing another male worker talked some sense to this female worker and he was able to give me the 2 queen beds. Upon arrival to the room, we called to ask for 4 more pillows to surround my toddler in bed so she doesnt fall off and 4 more extra towels. The same female front desk questioned why we needed the stuff and I had to reexplain to her. She asked us to go down and pick them up ourselves. This is ridiculous customer service and utterly disrespectful for us overall. It was as if we are being treated as theif. The bed sheets have hair on them, very dated decor and in dire need of renovation. The breakfast is as expected for the price: bagel, bread, tater tots, biscuit and gravy, apples, yogurt, cereal, coffee and juice.
