Cheak in and out good polite welcoming staff nice room put was very warm through the night as no controls on the radiator to turn it down or off had window open all night on a bad weather night fan was provided in the room which we used in the room but couldn't sleep with the noise of the fan going .

From 1st arrival for a late "Check-in" at 09.00pm, the welcome, accommodation & service provided was excellent. Very comfortable room with stylish furnishings and all facilities, you could require. Great night's sleep in a very comfortable bed and Bathroom was well appointed with a large shower and good sized bath. Restaurant had excellent, Buffet for Cereals, Fruit, Juices, Tea & Coffee and then, "Cooked to order" hot food, off a very good menu. This is a family privately owned hotel, which was fully refurbished within the last few years and all the staff really did seem to want to provide very good service. Plenty of good free parking & easy to access of the A34. Highly recommend.
