I don't know why everyone else is not staying here too! Comfortable, clean, friendly and priced-right!

This is our go to property when we go to Hayward. Great lobby, spacious rooms, modest fitness center, and the best sauna we have had in our hotel travels. Staff is very friendly. All of the rooms are remodeled, but the walls are a little thinner than I would prefer. Easy check in with plenty of communication.

We had a wonderful time at the Cattail Cabin! The fireplace was toasty, the outdoor walks were relaxing, the cabin was very clean and we all LOVED the games. Brad was very communicative so we felt we could reach out if we needed anything at all. But, everything went so smoothly that we really didn't need anything. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Very clean. Very comfortable.

Our group of 9 friends had the best time at the Cattail Chalet. The space was beautiful, new & very clean. We fit comfortably & had lots a sleeping options. The big windows & view of the lake were spectacular. We saw lots of wildlife, including swans & playful little otter. The welcome binder was filled with thorough instructions for the house & helpful suggestions for the area. Brad was very responsive to all communication. We would definitely rent this space again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this home. Ot's always clean. And it's the perfect set up for our family to visit. We will definitely be back!
