The room cleanliness was appalling. There was black mold in the showers, the carpets were thick with dirt and everything was worn and tired looking. The ventilation grill in the bathroom was thick with years worth of dirt. Only redeeming quality was the location but will try other hotels in the area for our next visit. I have photos and am happy to share them with the hotel. We stayed in room 203. We did not address this with the hotel when we were there but hopefully this review will bring it to their attention.

Ok but pricing is double what it's worth

Good location. Little more than a 3 star hotel. Breakfast quality if very poor - feels like they bought the cheapest produce available. Coffee particularly bad. The price of the accommodation are probably double the quality. A run of the mill 3 star standard, charging 5 star prices.

Arrived during St Patrick’s Day parade. Town was crowded but we were still able to park right across street from hotel. Very friendly staff from the front desk to the cafe to the pub. Recommend.

Excellent experience

Perfect location, city centre with car park and swimming pool across the road. Was expecting camp bed for the kids but they had a cubby area with bunk beds very handy. Staff were very friendly and nothing was an issue.Breakfast is the usual full irish buffet style but they do offer made to order if required for vegetarian etc.
