We had a problem the first night with the heat in the room. It did not work and we had to change room. Second room was not much better, temperature went up only 2 degrees by the morning. The worse part os tht the room was next to the maids station, and starting at 8:00am we were waken up by the slaming of doors and carts banging against the window of our room. We requested to be assigned another room, third change.

The food was good there. Hotel overall was really nice. The only downside was the thermostat didn't work. So it was a little warm when sleeping. They said they're in the process of switching out old thermostats. Customer service was great though.
