Friendly staff, very accommodating for our requests. Instant hot water was an absolute bonus for us. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and games room facilities are old but well equipped and in working order. Lovely art gallery and shop inside. We would absolutely return here 😄 only downfall was the room we were in didn't have a safety deposit box, which would have been helpful.

This is an old, tired and sprawling property. If the owners spent a lot of money, it could be grand again, but I'm not sure there's a business case for that.

Overnight stay as part of a holiday. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Meal was excellent. Bar staff friendly. Only 15 minutes from ferry crossing to Belfast.
