the main bed was very comfy, the breakfast was grim and the worst coffee, reception staff were nice although we couldn’t get any glasses for our room when asked, location was ok.

I picked this hotel for its location and price, and both delivered, mostly. Check-in was an unexpected adventure: after being told our room would be ready when we returned, we had to check in all over again because apparently they didn’t know we’d already paid. Our room for three was cozy, with the second bed being a small pull-out couch that doubled as a contortionist challenge. Still, it was clean, felt safe, and the location can’t be beat, right in the heart of everything.

They need to check their towels, and make sure they are not damaged. One was ripped, and another smaller to much like bleach.

The room was small but very clean. There was no fridge. Parking was available for a $15. Fee. The breakfast was free and good. The eggs needed to be warmed up. A cot was provided as requested. All the employees were friendly. The Christmas markets were a good 15 minute walk. It was a good stay.

The rooms were in good condition and the staff were very friendly. The views from the breakfast area were fantastic plus, the hotel is literally right beside the train station...loved that part.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Notradame Cathedral, a laundromat, and many dining options. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Our room’s AC stopped working and the staff were quick to change our rooms. There is no washer and dryer onsite. Parking is limited, but you can park on the street. The police department is very close to the hotel.
