This property is right on the Christmas market. I was impressed of how spacious the room is. Just keep in mind though if your going during Christmas season taxi or car can’t drop you off in front because they close the access going to the hotel.

Location is amazing, walking straight out into the Kleber plaza. I was worried at first about how small my room was, but it ended up being great and I had everything I needed. The front desk staff was friendly! The breakfast was in a delightful little room and had plenty of options. This hotel is in the center of town and within walking distance to most everything you'll want to see in Strasbourg

Great location, the rest was "meh"
Great location, but you can hear everything from your neighbors and the street outside. The bathroom was very tiny. The lime green walls with historic timber ceilings was an odd pairing.

Perfect location, a little noisy
The location can't be better for the Christmas Market. Right on the main square. Hotel is nice, staff is wonderful. There is a tram station next to the hotel and it was very noisy all night long all three nights I stayed. A great choice for a short stay.

The room was quite spacious for a double room in Europe. Clean and comfortable. Nice shower with rainfall shower head. Walkable to everything in Strasbourg. The Tram to head back to the main train station was just around the corner. We had a great stay.

Great hotel, great location
Our room was great. It was very spacious with comfortable bed, clean bathroom and view out to Place Kléber. The Christmas markets were on in the square but it was nice and quiet inside and the heavy curtains helped block out any Christmas lights. Plenty of shops and eateries nearby and within walking distance, ad well as trams. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

Much older building than expected. Floor was a little crooked. Did not like the step up from bathroom to bed area. Bed was a bit lumpy to sleep on. Plus side, the staff was so very nice. Our shower had great pressure and it was a real shower, no stepping into a huge tub. We did the breakfast on our last day and it was very good. Very close to trams. Walking distance to many restaurants and tourist sites.

The hotel is in a great location, right on Place Le Kléber. Huge windows could open to overlook the Place in our room. Very convenient and walkable to.many restaurants and main attractions. Drawbacks are the small reception area and tiny elevator that are in the same extremely small space. You need to leave your key at the reception area every time you leave the hotel. Then you many times have to wait in line in the tiny reception room to get it back. The Place is noisy but it’s all part of the ambiance and stops later in the night.
