"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. "Great hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Communication at the hotel wasn’t always the best - we got little to no information about the spa, far example. Restaurant has limited hours bur staff were great and food was excellent."
