Its in need of heavy renos, alas. Not old fashioned, but old smelling and the shower had mold and moisture damage. I know these guys can get it back up to snuff with the right repairs and cleaning

The hotel staff cancelled our reservation and failed to notify anyone so we arrived at approximately 11:30PM so after an extremely stressful and exhausting trip to North Bay we had no where to stay. I've stayed at this Comfort Inn before and had no issues however, the man working the front desk on this attempt was not helpful whatsoever. The attendant offered no resolution or recommendations on how to resolve the situation, even when we expressed concern about having to sleep on the streets. This was extremely disappointing, no customer should be left without any options.
