Nice property and newly updated. Rooms were very nice and so was the staff. The lobby area needs a major shampooing of the couches and then it would be a much better/cleaner area to lounge in.

Room was not that clean. Had to get another and the 2nd was only marginally better. Worn flooring with many stains. Felt used and needed replacing. I would not stay there again.

Breakfast was great, the most options I’ve had at a hotel for free. They gave 2 free drink tickets but we were not around to use those. Clean room and very kind staff.

The hotel looks and feels like it was recently remodeled! everything looks new! i especially like the fact there so many outlets in the room. i mean, each lamp has two outlets lol. we also like the fact that they offer two beds in a room a sofa bed that can sleep up to 6. even tho we only have two kids, the kids love being able to sleep on their own! We also love the fact, the pool opens from 4am to 10pm, yes 4am!!! We were able to book the room at a very reasonable price during state fair! and they offer HOT, make to order omelet!!! Now the services...for some reason, the room only has 3 towels even tho can sleep up to 6 and we did say we have two adult two kids so not sure why there is not enough towel LOL. we wanted to use the sofa bed, there a bed sheet and blanket sheet in the cloest however, the bed sheet has stink on it so we didnt want to use it, it looks like it hasnt been washed from last use lol. we called the front desk asked for a missing towel and a new bed sheet. however, nobody ever showed up lol Overall, most of the staffs from front desk(both check-in/out), kitchen staffs, cleaning...outside of the chef who was cooking the omelet for us, i can tell nobody wanted to be there lol.

Everything here was absolutely amazing. Just be careful using third parties such as Expedia to book your rooms. They will hang up on you if you need to call them with concerns. The hotel handled everything for us after Expedia hung up on me. I will highly recommend this hotel but might use a different booking company next time.

We traveled from Mississippi to Wisconsin. What should have been a 14-hour trip, turned into a 20-hour trip with 3 kids. There was a little miscommunication with our reservation, but the lady handling check-ins that morning (5 am) was absolutely amazing and super helpful. She made sure my family wasn't turned away and we got our room quickly. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We decided to stay an additional night,but ended up having some issues with keeping our original room. The issues were the fault of the third party I used to book the room and not the hotel's fault at all, but again, the staff did everything the could to insure my family got a room. The next room was just as clean. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and the next time we are in this area, this is the hotel for us. I read a few reviews of the staff being rude to guests, but I am glad that I disregarded those reviews. I work with the public and I know what it is like to have a rude customer not get their way and blame the establishment. The staff was nothing short of amazing. Again, my family enjoyed our stay and we will be returning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Just be careful using third parties to book and make sure to check-in before midnight or at least let the hotel know you are running late.
