Nice hotel at the ski slope
The hotel focuses on families with children. The main problem is parking. Limited outside parking is taken mainly by local vendors. The inside garage is quite far and accessible only after registration.

Hotel super usytuowany. Plusy: bardzo dobre śniadania, bogaty bufet. Minusy: w recepcji bardzo trudno się porozumieć w innym języku niż czeski. Nie przekazują podstawowych informacji: np. że w ramach pobytu możesz bez limitu korzystać z wyciągu, że można mieć dodatkową zniżkę na Resort Card (tylko trzeba on line wypełnić dane, aby kartę otrzymać), konieczna była interwencja w sprawie opłaty za parking (p. Ewelina powinna przejść szkolenie z obsługi klienta - jej odpowiedź na e-maila nie do zaakceptowania), brak możliwości zamówienia w restauracji dań z karty (są tylko możliwe obiady i kolacje w określonych godzinach z bemarów - średniej jakości i drogie), brak dostępności win pomimo, że były w karcie, brak wymiany szklanek w pokoju, brak uzupełniania wody do picia (hotel 4*).

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und serviceorientiertem Personal. Schwimmbad morgens (7.00 Uhr) bis abends nutzbar. Zimmer geräumig, Wäscheständer für Handtücher, Badesachen etc. verfügbar! Crepe-Koch zum Frühstück, große Auswahl an Obst, Marmeladen, Gemüse, Salaten usw.

Luxusní ubytování uprostřed přírody
Jeden z mála opravdu luxusních hotelů v tomto regionu. Ochotný personál jak na recepci tak v restauracích. Nádherné a velké wellness (skvělá sauna). Příjemný bazén. Dobře vybavená posilovna. K dispozici kulečník. 2 bowlingové dráhy. 2 tenisové kurty. Parkování zdarma. Dobrá a rychlá wifi. Hezké a prostorné pokoje s balkóny. Vybavení odpovídá 4 hvězdám. Ocenil bych zařízení na přípravu kávy/čaje. Hotel je velmi vhodný pro rodiny s dětmi - animační programy, herny, hlídání, atd. Pokud hledáte vyloženě klid, tak raději volte jiný hotel - dětí je zde opravdu hodně a jsou "všude". Kvalitní snídaně i večeře. Ubytování i jídlo/pití je sice dražší, ale víte za co platíte. Akceptují platební karty. Trochu kulhá flexibilita ve wellness - chtěli jsme si objednat odpoledne masáže na druhý den dopoledne a nebyl k dispozici žádný masér. V ceně ubytování je jízdné na lanovku naproti hotelu. Pokoje směrem na východní stranu (slunce ráno a dopoledne) jsou směrem k lanovce. Pokoje do údolí (na západ) mají lepší výhled. Vyšší patra lepší.

Krasna lokace, novy hotel, udesny hluk z diskoteky
Jedna se o relativne novy hotel postaveny v modernim komfortnim stylu s dobrou kuchyni a peknym wellness centrem. Bohuzel zvukova izolace v hotelu byla velmi podcenena a skeletonova konstrukce funguje jako dobry nosic basu, takze kdyz mate tu smulu a diskoteka v hotelu kvuli nekolika hostum zustane v provozu do 4h do rana, tak do tech 4h urcite v klidu spat nebudete. Recepce se obecne snazi vyjit vstric, ale v noci ocividne jakekoliv snizeni hluku nebyla schopna zajistit, bylo mi doporuceno, at si na tu diskoteku zajdu sam a poprosim je at to ztlumi coz mi na 4* hotel prijde neadekvatni. Pokud se do hotelu Vista rozhodnete jet, zadejte pokoj co nejdale od zdroje hluku, rozhodne nedoporucuji 2. patro, ve 4. patre uz byl relativni klid. Podobne problemy s izolaci se tykaji napriklad i odpocinkove zony ve wellnessu, zvlaste kdyz u bazenu dovadi deti. Mimochodem sluzby pro deti vypadaji na dobre urovni, pocitejte s tim, ze v hotelu je deti plno.

Pěkný relax
Hotel nový, pěkný, celkově je hotel desing stavba. V hotelu celkové zázemí, vše co potřebujete pro relax. Personál a vše ostatní spojené s provozem hotelu, super. Strava v hotelu výborná, ve večerních hodinách na hotelu a hlavně jeho okolí tokoliko požadovaný klid. Hotel postaven ve svahu slepe ulice, žádný provoz okolo, pouze dojiždějíci hoteloví hosté běhěm dne. Okolí hotelu ještě nese mírné známky dostavby, což se do budoucna doladí. Naproti hotelu sedačková lanovka, v jeho blízkosti také lanové centrum, nedaleko pod hotelem druhá sedačková lanovka s bobovou dráhou. Co se týče samotné destinace Dolní Morava, velice klidná a dá se označit za mrtvou.
