Terrible experience!! Not to be forgotten!!
The his was the worst hotel I have ever stay in of all! I checked out the next morning! They had double charged my card!!!? Supposedly refunded one of the charges! Plus double the price of one night! I am probably booking through hotel.com again! The bathroom Has black mold around the top Of shower! Drapes were barely hanging on the rods! I took pictures to document this horrific Hotel!! Disappointed beyond belief!

The room was nice looking but first had to slam the door to close it I left the door open because it would not close. The bathroom Needs major upgrading. The toilet bowl was one size and the toilet seat was another. The bottom Of the bathroom door was rotted out and the water was hard to adjust in the tub when adjusting the water it kept getting scorching hot.

The bed was comfortable and I had a desk to work at. BUT the lamp next to my bed didn't work, the light in the bathroom didn't work, there was a roach in my bathroom, dead, thank goodness. This was the second room, because the 1st room, the door was falling off the hinges. For the building only being 20 years old, needs some serious updating.

Booked for 2 nights, First night was a no show but when I checked in and got to the room, there was an odor so I looked around and did my inspection and found black mold on the walls all around the plug and coming up the wall. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for another room. The clerk said there are no other rooms, she suggested to have them go and clean the area that I showed her from the photo I took and her response was that was not a complaint and she only had 1 other one, but the room was SUPPOSED to be cleaned, so I asked for my refund and I did not stay there, now I am Looking for my refund for not staying there. I had to find another place to stay. The other location across the street was better.

If you're looking for just the basics this facility was okay. The AC, beds and shower were all fine. The TV in our room was above average in color and clarity. The staff at check-in was very friendly. Overall the facility has a slightly shabby appearance, not being maintained very well. The grounds are unappealing, especially on the rear side of the property. The rate was fairly cheap so one can't complain.

The property was not clean and had mold. People were smoking in the building as well. My children and I had to come here due to Hurricane Helene and had no choice but to stay. I wouldn’t stay at this property again and wouldn’t recommend to others.

Roaches in the room AC basically didnt work bathtub leaked all night vending and laundry room were out of order. Pool closed people partying until 2am. Huge fight in the parking lot that the cops had to show up for. Lets not even talk about the breakfast 😒 but the front desk worker was nice. Also they require a 100 dollar security deposit for the room even if you use a credit card. Definitely not recommended at all. I'd give it a negative review but the front desk receptionist was really nice!!!!!!!!

Due to Hurricane Helene we could not get to Sumter. Our event was cancelled. When I called the property I was told we would be charged anyway even if we cancelled. I asked for a manager to call me. They never did. We were charged anyway. Poor poor customer service in the light of a disaster. Poorly done !

Breakfast was very disappointing compared to last stay here. Was told corporate told them a limit of 2 hot foods. No biscuits, no gravy, only apples for fruit. Bathroom light was broken and they had a lamp plugged in sitting on bathroom sink counter. Toilet did not flush good. Grounds wete filthy.
