Spacious multi level 3 bedroom + den townhouse, close to Morrisey lift

This spacious and bright townhome in Trappers Landing complex is a 3 bedroom plus den, 3 bathroom unit with multiple balconies and a walk out patio complete with a private hot tub. This unit is situated along the Orient Chairlift, and backs directly onto the Valley Trail network. The complex is located next to the East Village Center and has beautiful views of Mount Morrisey, all while being only a short walk to the main village. In the winter, the complex is ski in and ski out for downhill skiing, and provides easy access to the network of Nordic trails, and snowshoe trails. In the summer, this complex is along the golf course and is next to Mount Morrisey’s hiking and pedal access trails, as well as only a short distance to the lifts that provide downhill biking.

The unit has a bright and welcoming open concept main floor design. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with all dishware and cookware essentials complete with new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has a breakfast bar to seat 3 and opens to the dining and living area. The beautiful wood dining table has seating for 6 while the living area has seating for 5 in its 2 comfortable lounge chairs and couch, complete with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV. For additional living space, this unit features a den with seating for 4 in front of it’s own gas fireplace and flatscreen TV.

Additionally this unit features a private garage, a washer and dryer as well as a ski boot dryer, a BBQ, and complimentary Wi-Fi. This unit is approximately 1800sq ft and can sleep a maximum of 8 guests.

Ski-in:
To ski-in you can take the Mount Morrisey Connector run or the East Village Ski Way. Take either of those runs until you are under the Orient Chairlift, ski down under the orient chairlift, and your complex will be on your right side before skiing under the bridge. Cross the Valley Trail and you will be in your complex.
Ski-out:
To ski-out walk to the East end of the complex. Cross over the valley trail and you will be under the Orient chairlift, ski down under the bridge and you will have access to the Orient Chairlift or continue a little further and reach the Mount Morrisey Chairlift.

Village Centre Shops, Restaurants, and Cafes, 6 – 8 minutes
Village Day Lodge, 10 – 12 minutes
Skating Rink, 4 – 7 minutes

Great place!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean and a lovely layout for our families. We are a family of four and we went with another family of four. We loved the easy access to walk dog. I have never rented a place with a kitchen so well stocked. It was amazing and we are definitely coming back. Thanks for having us!

Absolutely Perfect!
Honestly the place looked absolutely beautiful when booking but upon arrival it was even better. Truly a first class, top notch spot. Extremely spacious with all the amenities you could ever ask for. We will 100% re-book. There was a small issue with electrical upon arrival and was fixed immediately, no fault to the host. Thank you again for making our trip one of a kind and better than we could ever ask for. Legit absolutely perfect.
