We had a great family stay at the Ramada. The Place was tidy and clean on arrival, and the staff and residents were very friendly. The pool was a favourite with the kids, and the temp of the pool and spa a favourite for the parents.

We always come here when in Caloundra because its a lovely place to stay. This is our 4th stay and unfortunately it not our best. Hopefully next time will be a better experience.

To put it simply there was construction work going on which only left 1 lift in use with long wit times. The room was stated to have water views- but effectively little privacy as all pool guests could see straight in with little privacy. Air condition (in bedroom) was noisy and according to messaging had to be left on the whole time. Additionally, reconstructing the esplanade boardwalk meant outside the unit didnt afford use of the path heading south. While out of your control - some mention of construction in local area would have been good. Also, the booking was way overpriced compared to cost of direct bookings later found online. So all up felt less than happy with overall experience.
