This modern beach house is on a quiet street with private beach access only 100 yards away. This is the perfect spot for your family's next vacation. Open, inverted floor plan that is cozy for 6 guests. Features include a large fenced backyard with a private pool, two spacious decks (front and back) with back being fully enclosed, covered parking with picnic table and grill, TV's in all rooms, high-speed WIFI, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, and outdoor shower. Beach access located between 1105 & 1109 OBW.

Bed Linens (Beds in Bedrooms only (Beds made on arrival), Towels and Bath Mats are provided for Weekly Rentals only.

best vacation ever!
our first time at holden beach did not disappoint! this house was amazing and the neighbors were so friendly! i stayed with my parents and older brother and we all had space to spread out but at such a reasonable cost. the beds were crazy comfortable and everything was very clean when we arrived. the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook and the washer/dryer was a huge plus. it was only a short walk to the beach too, like two minutes! we’re already looking forward to next year and are hoping this property is available again!!

A good affordable option
Stayed for a week in late season. House is showing its age a bit but everything was clean enough and in decent working order. Bedroom layout was decent, though the only queen size did not have an adjacent bathroom - the two bedrooms with fulls each had one. House could use a filtered water option, but we're picky like that -- tap water is probably fine for most. Overall a solid affordable option, since really all you need is a clean, dry place to sleep after a long day at the beach and the house was great for that. Location is excellent, just a short walk to the street's private beach access. Easy to find a spot right on the water even when showing up late in the day.
