Our room was right next to the stairs. It was extremely loud until late/early into the morning. At 915, housekeeping knocked on my door and asked if I was checking out. I said ‘yes’. 15 minutes later they knocked again. Annoying as hell.

The exterior looks beautiful - don't be fooled. Very "well worn" rooms, non working thermostats, broken drain plugs fixtures glued and siliconed... we had to swith out of the first room - non working thermostat.

Hotel is very average. The room was dirty and the floors were sticky. The furniture is old and dated. The maids didn’t replace coffee or any other toiletries. Overall, disappointed.

There is quite a terrible musty smell to this place. I understand that it is on the river, and I am from Florida, but no hotel should smell of mildew and mold. It hits you as you enter the lobby, and it is throughout the hotel. As for the rooms, they are an upscale Holiday Inn type of room. The best thing going for this hotel is their river views.
