The upstairs people were very noisy, had a hard time sleeping, otherwise everything was good, staff went above and beyond to accommodate us as we had messed up our dates

not a deal breaker but a pen and paper and clock would help. cannot make local calls without requiring receptionist assistance for my 12 day stay I had to sign into wifi everyday no option to set it for 12 days

I usually stay at Quest in Suva and love it, but this time the room was small and sad and the aircon rattled. Staff are always very friendly but this part of town is no longer safe at night and my friends said i had to taxi back rather than walk just 500 metres.

Property location is in Quiter Suva area - handy to shopping, dining options. Staff are friendly, helpful with hotel & parking in very secure area with security personnel at entrance. Initial issue with wi-fi connections in room that was resolved the next day when IT personnel returned from week-end off. Overall good experience.
