Not happy that we were given access to another guests room. Was weird walking into a room with someone in it. Thank god we are trustworthy and walked back out. At desk the lady appolgized briefly but didn't really give us the time of day.

The shuttle was at the airport to pick me up within 10 minutes after I called the hotel. All personnel at the hotel were polite, respectful and helpful. The buffet breakfast had many wonderful options. I was then able to take the shuttle back to the airport and was taken directly to the car rental location. Both shuttle drivers were respectful and courteous. I will definitely stay at this hotel again: good service and reasonable prices !

Stayed here before leaving for a cruise to Canada. Had to order a Uber to go to the cruise port. Would’ve been convenient to have a shuttle available to the cruise port. Would’ve been willing to pay for it. Share the room with family, it was adequate for a few hours stay. We arrive late and had to leave early.
