Telephone in room would not contact reception by dialling the advised no. I had to walk to reception to use phone on wall to request removal of a mouse in the empty spa bath. One side of spa was unsealed due to wall/tile damage enabling the mouse to enter from below the floor. Reception was unattended at 9am when i required to request a towel for pool use as advised by written material in room. I was unable to return the key to reception at 10am checkout time due to reception closure and was advised by a staff member walking by to leave it in the room. My room immediately backed on to a local hotel that played loud music and patrons talking sounded as though they were seated at the table and chairs at my front door. The staff I was able to speak with were friendly and helpful.
