The hotel was in great proximity to the Dome. Our room was spacious and clean. However, hot water must have been an upgrade we were unaware of because we never got it. And the in room dining is bass ackwards in the fact that you have to go downstairs to get a menu to order?!?

1) The property didn't have a free parking - $50 per night for valet parking is very expensive 2) Every morning between 4-6am there was a dumpster truck underneath our window making a very loud noise and would wake us all up. We love to sleep in the morning and this loud noise was destructing our stay.

The staff here made the stay warm and welcoming. I felt like I personally knew the front desk team. The chef was amazing at answering my custom request. The cleaning staff at breakfast made the Atrium comfortable. I actually extended my stay because I enjoyed the hotel so much and that only can happen when a team is amazing like this.
