Lovely staff and great location. Breakfast was very good, room was clean and tidy, only downside was the single beds. They were far too small, had to lay on my side and if rolled would fall out of the bed. Not very comfortable, but everythi g else was very good.

Arrived yesterday 23/11/24 was given room 317 which was smelly and very worn and extremely shabby. I was moved by my request to room 417 which was marginally better. No hot water for a shower! Breakfast was another issue no sausages or bacon for 20 mins and electric heaters positioned everywhere which looked so bad and a hazard. Won’t be returning and advise anyone thinking of booking DONT!!!!

Nice hotel and I'd stay again.
Hotel appearance is good, reception staff very nice and friendly. Our room and bathroom was clean and the bed very comfortable. I had an excellent sleep. The colours it's decorated in were nice and love the Welsh red theme. Only thing I'd like to point out is the double bed was two singles pushed together and his mattress was higher than mine.

Poor Check in Experience as we weren't allowed an early check in unless we paid £20. Numerous unfavorable characters in reception at times. Also no bar open despite flyers around suggesting coffee and cake available from 11am. Only positive was a pleasant afternoon tea that the restaurant offered.
