Guests Can park one car on the driveway on our side of the building and Garage is not available and is not part of this rental.

Bins are taken on Tuesday Morning. Please sort the rubbish as per red, yeallow and Green and put them accordingly and leave it out Monday afternoon for council to pick up. Bin's Lids have the list of what goes in which bin.
People are assigned to water the garden and do maintenance work around the property every now and then.
