Thanx Frank for promptly attending to my aircon when it was too cold. And for the late check out. Great staff and also for helping me downstairs with my bag. The only issue I had was booking a room with no open window. Otherwise the room was great.

The room and bathroom was small which was not a major issue for me. Cupboard and windowsill could do with some renovation. Only one black tea bag provided. The only powerpoints I could find were located on the wall well away from the bed and there was no side table so I had to leave the phone on the concrete floor out of reach of the bed in order to charge it which is an inexplicable oversight when mobile phones have been an indispensable part of modern life for so long. My room was entered from the back entrance and was up a short and narrow flight of stairs and the hall was almost non-existent. For some reason an open paper carry bag of someone's clothes and two plastic bottle of water was sitting outside the next room which was could not have been closer to my room without obstructing the door. I do not know if the rooms on the other side of the hotel are like this. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable, the airconditoner was satisfactory and the soap was L'Occitane.

Great location, lovely staff at front desk during select hours. Room was very small, tight room (unable to stand in front of closet and open it). Room was not clean, hair on floor and toothpaste on sink. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and no issues with hot water. Overall an ok stay for the location but would definitely look at all the options around before booking

Convenient location, close access to public transport and taxis, retail outlets. Huge lack of space inside the room, the bed takes up most of the space, the toilet facilities are very poor, no extra toilet rolls available only what was left behind by the previous occupancy, no box of tissues available. The toilet did not flush thoroughly at all. The only positive thing was the minibar, the TV with innovative features. Given the choice this would not be among the first few hotels I will consider for future stay.

Disappointing
This hotel was extremely disappointing. Perhaps we should have read the fine print more! 3 flights of very narrow steps. The room was extremely small with no window. Bathroom so small you had to sit sideways on the toilet. Very dated room. The floor definitely did not appear to have been washed for a while. The staff on the other hand could not have been more helpful and it's a great location. But.mmmi feel you could do better!

Mold, bugs, stained sheets, no window in my room, you either took a burning hot shower or ice cold. Tv didnt work. Mini fridge had layers of dirt. Toilet was dirty... i'd recommend a park bench before i would ever stay here again.

I got covid the during the night before i was supposed to stay, i notified the hotel 7am the morning of my reservation to say i wont be coming in that evening. i understand it was last minute and i still could have come to the hotel and put the health of the staff at risk but decided to do the right thing and cancel. They kept my money , and when i checked later to see if the room was available online, it wasnt, so i guess they booked it out again and doubled down. I didnt expect a refund, but i asked the hotel for at least a credit for a stay in the future, or half the credit for what i spent. Not impressed.
