SyltFlair 9 – Comfortable 3-room apartment with balcony, quiet and central with dune view and underground parking!

Enjoy your next Sylt vacation in this newly constructed 3-room apartment (upper floor + attic) with a south-facing balcony and dune view in the heart of Westerland. Absolutely central yet quiet, spend dreamy days here – three minutes to the pedestrian zone, four minutes to the magnificent North Sea!

Modern and tasteful, with exclusive furniture and numerous custom carpentry fittings, this approximately 80 sqm apartment has been lovingly prepared for you. Relax in the modern living/dining area with a comfortable sofa and armchair, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and board games or at the stylish dining table with high-quality chairs. Pamper your family or friends in the integrated kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and coffee machine.

The bedroom with flat-screen TV and ample built-in wardrobes for your clothes offers a restful sleep with a large double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and very high-quality mattresses. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with toilet, sink, towel warmer, and a separate storage room for ironing board, iron, and vacuum cleaner.

In the attic, there is the second bedroom with a cozy double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), built-in wardrobes, and a flat-screen TV, as well as the second modern bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, sink, and towel warmer. If you wish, your beds will be made with high-quality bed linen upon arrival, and hand and bath towels from Joop will be provided for you.

The entrance and living areas as well as the bathrooms are equipped with large modern tiles, while the bedrooms have wooden floorboards. Underfloor heating ensures a pleasant room atmosphere.

NOTE (please read!)

To start your vacation feeling right away, a cozy nest awaits you upon arrival: The beds are freshly made for you, and you will receive two towels, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel per person. For this, we charge a fee of 25 euros per person (except for children under 3 years). For good health reasons, the laundry packages are mandatory when booking.

Also, we would like to inform you: A spa tax is levied on adult guests on the island of Sylt. We will calculate the fee with your booking and pay it directly to the municipality – your guest cards will be in your holiday home upon arrival. For your booking, we charge a fee of 29 euros.
