TV was broken in the room. They did bring and install a new one. Hot and cold water was labeled wrong on sink and shower. Hot was cold and cold was hot. Expedia said it is free extended parking. It is not. It is an extra $10 a day. They do have a free shuttle to the airport but the hours listed on expedia are incorrect. The last 2 parts i blame Expedia not the hotel.

Rooms were nice and clean, rooms are large and sound proof. Pool area was quite neglected and very dirty. Live music was good. LOVE the complimentary starbucks machine in the lobby. VIP perk was a free bottle of wine however I had to ask for it later in my stay because they forgot it. The staff were all incredibly nice!! Front desk, housekeeping and shuttle driver.

Primarily stayed for proximity and shuttle service to the airport only to find out it was out of service. When I asked about the on site restaurant I was basically advised to order door dash.

Very beautiful property, staff was so kind and welcoming, pool & hot tub open from 7a-10p was awesome! Breakfast in the morning was delicious with made to order omelets. Will definitely be back!

Great place to stay but have change for coffee
Just a little upset that because we weren’t elite we had to pay for coffee or tea. I understand that you need to pay for bread but tea or coffee???? We felt third class. We do alit of travelling and many years ago we did sign up for a membership but couldn’t find our card . I think this policy sucks.
