The hotel was in the centre of everything, very easy to see the attractions. The rooms we got on the 4th floor were dated , very cold and noisy as the window did not close fully and the air con system didn’t do much . The breakfast was served in the grand hall which was a complete farce , the concept was good but the staff were not clearly informed and we just got taken to a table sat there with nothing other than you can help ourselves at the Buffett , when I asked what about the items on the menu on the table I was told to order with waiter, no waiter arrived we were constantly having to grab anyone’s attention to get something ordered , the last morning we were seated outside the great hall we ordered coffees which never arrived and when asked again she came out with an order which was not our and left it on the table , terrible service overall for a 5 star hotel , the only place we got excellent service was in the lounge cafe on the ground floor which was outstanding

Couldn’t check in at 3pm. Room had a broken minibar fridge and kettle. Restaurant was good but served stone cold fries with meal. Hotel requires more focus and attention on detail. For the price I expected more. Staff were responsive but did not, in any of the scenarios above, offer any compensation. Had a 2 hour spa treatment which was lovely, but spa space is shared with the pool so it is a bit of a thoroughfare.

This hotel is outstanding, but we had the unfortunate experience of arriving during construction so maybe check if still ongoing if you need to take a daytime nap like we did after an overnight flight. The small indoorpool area,was magical as we could see scenic Ferris wheel through the panoramic window windows. The room was modern and very comfortable. The staff was outstanding and very accommodating. It is easy walking distance from the airport bus 100 drop off.

The hotel was beautiful and located in a perfect spot. The metro is directly to the right. There is a park in front and major shopping behind. I went during Christmas, and there were multiple Christmas markets right around the corner. Garage parking was easy, the hotel is dog-friendly, the breakfast buffet was ample with a good selection, plus made-to-order options. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I had read some negative reviews about the Nobu at this location, but everything I ordered was delicious, and the staff there was awesome, as well. The room itself was nicely decorated and had a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. If I had to give a negative, I would say the Chromecast didn't work, but that was my only negative. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, or stay here again.

Excellent location! The best Christmas market was directly behind the hotel! There were many restaurants and shops within minutes of the hotel. The staff is amazing! Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable! The restaurants were excellent. We only ate dinners, not sure about the breakfast or lunch. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. There was a hot pot, no coffee maker. We were in the 5th floor, courtyard view/street views. I requested a bathtub and got one. The bathroom was large, however, the commode and shower were separate little glass enclosed rooms so if someone is at the sink or in the tub, they see into both the toilet room and shower. That was a bit inconvenient when trying to get ready! I would not share with a friend! The only other complaint was the heat! It was very cold outside but the room was like an oven! The windows only open a few inches which is not enough to cool the room even during the night. The temperature was a problem for us!

Loved the restaurant, location, and the staff. True five star hotel by the highest standards. Received an upgrade to a junior suite overlooking the Ferris wheel in the square. Magical at Christmas.

Great service but
My room only had a view of a covered plastered building so it wasn’t very inviting. Also, I would recommend that you had some English entertainment programs. I even saw a bus on the street say in English out of service so you certainly can provide some English entertainment with subtitles.
