Because my wife and I stayed here anyway since we were so incredibly exhausted from the 35 hr. trip we just had driving, I’m SURE I’m not eligible for a refund. But it would be so nice to be reimbursed for what I paid for last night. That was an absolute joke to have paid $143 for what looked equivalent to that of a motel for $75 which I specifically wanted to avoid for a reason. On top of that, this is NOT a safe location at all.
Carpets and walls were extremely dirty, the room smelled of must and mold, and even the appliances looked banged up. There was dust all over the desk and lamp, and of course, there were the hideous yellow horror movie lights that were just blinding in that room. Absolutely terrible, and I’m so sick that I just paid that much for this. On top of that, the front desk woke me from my sleep just to call and ask if we would be extending…when I had only booked one night. I’m thinking NOT!!!!!
