Amazing customer service
This is a real gem for customer service, the front of house team are all super welcoming and helpful. There is a free laundry room and they give free snacks and noodle pots after 9pm in the bar area. Our room was a really good size and bed comfy. We were at the front of the hotel which was a little noisy but i had ear plugs so wasn’t a big problem. Reception also give free ear plugs if needed. Few mins walk to lots of food & drink options & metro lines.You get a lot for your money here, greeat stay.

Great stay at this hotel - very clean, staff were kind, got snacks, there were midnight snacks offered and the breakfast selection was different everyday and I was well fed. Walkable to an MTR station (maybe 8-10 min?) and close to convenient stores and restaurants that stay open until late. Quiet area and not hectic at all and felt very safe. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

one of the best places I have stayed in, and have stayed in many. Staff are respectful and accommodating, as are Taiwanese. I walked everywhere as the streets are very walkable.

We loved the spacious and quiet room. The bathroom was huge, the bed super comfy and there was a plug centre on the bedside table, which was really convenient to plug all your electronic devices. The hotel is close to the main station (10 min walk). However, there’s no metro station close by. The front staff were very attentive and always super respectful. For Breakfast, you had several options than were different every day for the main dishes.

Very clean and the staff at the front desk were very professional and helpful. The people working at the breakfast area were very observant and kept the food selection very tidy and appetizing. My only concern was some food was not kept warm enough. Every thing else with my stay was wonderful!

Mei was fantastic! She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to help us out even when we were being a little unreasonable, I would love to bring her to other hotels so that she could help us there. Lol. As well, the whole staff is friendly and kind and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks (Sally,Lynn,Steve,Katy,Andy,Ellie,Mei,Karbiz) not forgetting the housekeeper for the small birthday surprise and gift planned together by my girlfriend. Location is convenient but about 10-15min walks to any one of the three stations. Love the free breakfast, high tea snacks, cup noodle for supper and also the free self service laundry.
