酒店在實行環保程序上，不清不楚，可能是 check-in時前台沒有解釋清楚，因此在客人要求服務時有點心理負擔，酒店內的員工大致上是不會主動跟人客有交流的，即使對上眼也不會主動打招呼。酒店最出眾的是兒童遊戲室及波波池。其他皆一般，酒店房間亦偏細，床褥偏軟，浴室地板有部分跣腳，如以旺季的價格入住，便完全不值了。

Good family-friendly hotel with playground and ballpit that the kids loved. Free snacks (chips and biscuits) and drinks (bottled water, coffee, tea). But that's about it as far as the "family-friendly" part goes, there are no children amenities in the room (such as slippers or bathrope or shower kit or token souvenirs or bed rails) in the room unlike some family-friendly hotels we have stayed in. The hotel is located in a tall building, with only two lifts serving floors from 14-38, of which half of them belong to a co-working space. Expect very long wait times for the lifts, and during one of the days where we stayed in, both were closed at the same time for maintenance and we had to wait for the employee lift which took even longer. Convenient location, very short walk to the Taipei Main Station or the airport metro. Lots of food options around.

Great hotel
I highly recommend Raiders Plus hotel! The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious, location is great and many small pluses like water bottles, free food and snacks. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Location is good and close to the main station and MRT to the airport. The staff is helpful with questions and polite. It will be nice if 1) there's a corner designated for luggage in the room or provide a luggage rack/stand, and 2) bigger size fridge that's cold enough for food storage.

很方便的地点，很适合带小孩的父母来住。工作人员也很友善。 可惜房间隔音一般，可以听到隔壁小孩吵闹，有一个床头插座也是坏的。淋浴头也有点问题。

Probably wont stay a 2nd time
The location is opposite Taipei Main Station. Check in lobby is on 4th floor. The staff was super robotic. I might have been their 1000th guest that day. There are some snacks and drinks at lobby. I booked a smaller room advertised as with 101 view. I could see it but it is not a big deal. So you might as well pick a bigger room without the 101 view. The finishing of room and toilet look new and clean. BUT THE SOUNDPROOF is a JOKE. I could hear people bathing/flushing the toilet at 1am. There is also some noises because they are doing minor renovation on 36th and 37th floor. I was on 35th floor.
