We booked the room with one double and one twin bed. The double ben is queen size, bigger than I thought. They didn’t show that there’s a patio when I booked. So it’s a pleasant surprise. They should definitely advertise that. The room is super clean and spacious and is thoughtfully designed for space maximization. I love the snacks and drinks option given in the room. The Japanese toilet is another plus for me. The lobby is so kid-friendly. My 6 yo had a lot of fun. They provided free snacks all the time and cooked appetizers between 2-4pm. They are great options too.

Great place for little kids! Staff was polite and service was great. No breakfast available but there is grab and go food cart options in the lobby. Frankly, it is so conveniently located that you can pick up food or have it delivered within minutes.

Had a very good stay! The hotel is well-located at Z8 exit of Taipei main Station. Lots of eateries and shopping around the vicinity. Spacious room, easy check in via Expedia booking. The room is very clean, bed is super comfy, pillow firm and nice, good shower pressure, bath amenities and bedroom slippers were provided except toothbrush/paste. Free flow of bottled water and snacks. Overall, it is good but a tad costly when I made the booking

The hotel was adequate and well-priced. The main reason it was selected was the nearness to the Taipei Main Train Station. You can use the metro to get around and is likely the best option. It is not luxurious but is well appointed. You have what you need in the room. It is clean and comfortable. There are dining options around the corner.

The hotel is so whimsical and perfect for children! Loved the amenities. The area is incredibly convenient as well. The entrance to an underground shopping street is right outside. It made the scorching July weather much more bearable.

I picked a room without window and really like it. Love the attention to details through the hotel and the room! Japanese restroom, bathroom kit, space, tv channels, etc. Definitely recommend and will come back. If you come from the Airport MRT, when you exit take the 2 escalators up, then turn Right on a long underground corridor (you should see sign it is going to gate Z and J? (Or K). Follow to the end, then take down the escalator on your left (will show the gate J or K - but won’t show Z). Then take a Right toward Z, then later take another Right to follow the Z. The the Z8 exit, and the hotel will be right there on the right. You will see workotel or something similar. Must take elevator 1 or 2 to floor 4 to check in.
