Scary and dirty..
Scary and very disappointed. A lot of dust and mosquito. Don't go there if you want to rest.. If you want donate blood to the mosquito highly recommended..

I never return back there again..the place make me feeling not safe...i waiting for the receptionist more than half n hour at night..but nobody welcoming my family ...it is i paid for waiting the people..such a bad exprience for my family..my mother got sick coz we need to waiting outside...nobody approach us...n i feeling not safe coz i had seen a bunch of people look like gangsterz was really mad to the someone..i am really dispointed ...now i want my money back...i spent for such a bad exprience...waiting for the people outside n nobody backup for approached me

Horrible. False advertising. Supposed to have gotten a 'family room'. Just a bed, and an additional mattress on the floor. Bed was creaky. Sheets smelled unpleasant, perhaps of stale saliva. Came in room with peeled paint all over the bed and sheets, all flaking from the walls and ceiling of the container cabin. The only tap at the sink did have to work. We had to use the shower to even wash our hands. Air conditioning setting was either too cold or off. There was no remote. The only way to shut off the air conditioning was via a fuse box!!! It advertises a swimming pool, which I thought the kids could use before we continued our trip. No swimming pool. Just a pool. With green colored water. Dirty floor. And fish. Yes. Fish in the swimming pool. Checking in was a horrible affair. The person at the counter spoke neither English nor Malay. A truly horrible experience. Was glad that we were only staying for the night just to break a very long journey into two. We couldn't check out fast enough. For the price, I would say we were ripped off. The price could probably have been justified when the place was new. Now it is a cesspool. I would give it a minus one star if I could.

If you need a place to rest. Don’t stay here.
This is a Long container divides into two with a very thin wall. Next room noice was unbearable. I can even see the light from next room. I found half used sop in my bathroom. No toiletries are provided except a towel. No drinking water. I need to go to next petrol station to get drinking water. Air conditioner is working properly. I was told remote co trailer spoiled. In reality they do not want to give aircondiron remoter.
