Hotel is nice. Great location. The only thing that was bad was the room temperature. Since it was winter time there was no ac and the room was really hot. I had to open up the windows and it was still hot

It is our first visit to Nagoya and we truly enjoyed our stay. It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel was very sweet to arrange a card, rose, champagne and balloon for us. We were truly touched by such a sweet arrangement. The breakfast was surprised good. We stayed 2 nights. We tried both the Japanese breakfast option and the western. Both options are just as good. Just around the corner of the hotel there’s a 24hrs pharmacy where you can get almost anything that you need there. We will def stay at this hotel if we visit Nagoya. Thanks for everything! We truly enjoyed our stay!

The hotel and hotel staff is excellent. The only issue I had is the people over my room Has kids. They make so much noise couldn’t sleep. Call the front desk. They try to help but to not prevail.

Definitely a good place to stay. Staff is nice and walk you up to your room. Onsite gym is a plus. The hotel got a gorgeous cafe in the lobby area. Offers laundry service at a cost so if you are looking to do your own laundry, you are out of luck (no self-directed washer/dryer).

The hotel itself was great rooms were spacious for Japanese standards. The breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious plenty of choices. The staff are super friendly and always there to help whenever need be. Unfortunately I didn’t like Nagoya so that was a slight let down but I will definitely try out there other locations
