We always stay at this hotel due to it's close proximity to the airport. Our meetings are usually in Vance, which is 45 minute drive and there are closer hotels, but we enjoy the ease and comfort of this hotel. The employees are always friendly and happy to assist. We linked up with the local hotel rewards program this year because we travel so much and always stay here.

We booked and paid for a KING. We got to the property to check in and was told that they didn’t have a King room and would have to put us in a Queen room. The front counter had a strip on paneling hanging, that could easily injure someone. Then on the way up to the room, the floor we were on was in the middle of construction. It stunk. We get to the room and the commode was leaking and had wet the floor. There was no finalization nor fan, for the running shower. When we got up the next morning, the floor by the air conditioner was wet and a good bit. WE WERE VERY UNHAPPY WITH OUR STAY!!!!! We did report all the issues and concern, upon checkout.

The property is undergoing renovations. But I got there very late & left early. The breakfast buffet is good with lots to offer. The staff was very nice. I had to go down twice about my room key not working. On the second trip down they gave me another room. The restaurant staff were very nice, constantly checking on me. Will stay there again. Close to the interstate and airport.
