Hotel looks old on the outside but it’s very nice on the inside. Rooms look new and were very comfortable. Free breakfast and parking, both awesome to have. Convenient enough to FSU. Only complaint, they would not let us check in early without paying a fee. That is crazy, room not ready okay, don’t give the room early sure, but at least process the paperwork.

My room did not have a desk and chair. This was not made known to me upon checking in. If the room does not have all of the amenities offered for a stay the room should not be bookable until it is ready. Outside of that it was a pleasant stay.

The rooms were clean and the hotel staff was very pleasant. They even were pleasant in giving my 10 year old a couple of cookies for the road trip back home. Plan to stay here again on our January visit. Would have rated my stay above the five stars if USB plugs were available in rooms.
