Dirty bed sheet
The hotel was ok, but i have an issue on their handling of my complaint. My bed sheet was dirty, black hairs on the sheet. My complaint wasnt taken serriously at the time in fact i was disbelieved until i produced photos. Since then i have emailed regarding this and been ignored.

Fantastic location for seeing the old city, just a short walk away. Nice quiet area. Easy check in process. Only downside was the mattress on the bunk beds wasnt the most comfortable but would definitely recommend a stay here. Also had a lovely restaurant Loulou downstairs which we had lunch and breakfast in.

Absolutely amazing stay.
We have booked a trip to Tallin and decided to stay with CityBox Tallin for 2 nights.The bed was so good we barely left our room to enjoy the city, the food in the nearby restaurant was absolutely delicious. I had to leave earlier than the breakfast was open and the staff was so accommodating, I was allowed to have it later. Our room was spacious, spotless clean and with great amenities. We ended up extending our stay by couple of hours because we did not want to leave. We had such a great time that we will be definitely staying only in CityBox from now on.

Great hotel for visiting Tallinn as it’s only a short walk from the old town and the ferry terminals. The breakfast is lovely and the kitchen (with a fridge, microwave and kettle) was super handy!

Great place to stay
Had a very enjoyable stay. The junior suite room was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the harbour. Excellent facilities for guests -,laundry, kitchen etc. Breakfast at Lou Lou was amazingly good and of high quality. Close to the old town etc. would visit again and try other City box hotels

It was interesting to check yourself in and out, and it was easy to get in contact with employees about problems. However I thought the room was too small and didn't have a fridge or basic coffee making necessities.
