Key card wasn’t working they did nothing to fix it. The receptionist had to let me in my room which was very inconvenient. I ask to speak with the hotel manager but was not around the premises which I find it very odd. No apology from the manager only from one staff.

The hotel is in acperfect central location. There is plenty of "American" food and plenty of typical regional "comida tipica". The staff is super super friendly and helpful. Never one frown . I am staying there again in a month so yes I loved this place. I also especially loved the free and plenty parking
