Nobody came up to help as requested to assist with the tv. Unbelievable noisy. Powering in the room didn’t work correctly. Had to have light by door on to power the lights and outlets near the bed

Everything was pretty good. The only thing that needs to be fixed is that the administration for the Hotel need to install blackout curtains. Since 7am we were not able to rest anymore due to the daylight in our faces…

Property is new and clean. Not a walkable area after dark as there are no street lights. Aircraft noise at night. A/C system was noisy. Window blinds could not block parking lot lights. Bed was comfortable. Internet TV would frequently freeze screen.

First of all for being such a new property it’s filthy some people the that left reviews and said the good reviews were fact are absolutely right I made a reservation paid in advance when I arrived they gave me a key to a room that already had someone in it then when I went back to the from fest and they told me they overbooked the hotel and that’s why somebody was already in the room and didn’t have anymore rooms and there was nothing they could do so I had to find a room at midnight on my own
