Expensive parking garage for the hotel and seemed dangerous. I had to pay for several days, $46, even though only at hotel a few hours. Also had to pay resort fee, no idea why this wasn't in original price. Lobby was gorgeous. Didnt eat there. Room was dirty. Bed sheets were dirty with lots of someone elses hair on them. It was gross, but late, so luckily I had my own blankets and Lysol wipes. Had to clean and take dirty sheets off the bed. Wiped down the kitchen area. It was disappointing. Got out of there at first light.

Check in went smooth. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good and a lot of variety. Area around hotel felt safe and was quiet. Area is not very walkable to get to most eating places. Only negative about my stay was I took a seat the bar and the bar tender never acknowledged my presence so I left. I do recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

After a long day of flight delays and damaged luggage, it was wonderful to be greated with an easy check in by friendly staff. We enjoyed a nightcap st the bar with a fun bartender. The staff is holding my broken luggage so I didn’t gave to bring it with us on our crew. I'm very picky about shower heads, and this was what I needed! I'm looking forward to returning this week before we fly home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Friendly staff, breakfast daily, and the location was amazing. Considering the shutdown guidance and current construction conditions at TPA, arriving early is not just encouraged but expected. So it was super nice to be right across the street (6min) from the airport

The food in the restaurant was very very disappointing. We didn’t get the evening meals we ordered. The so called chef told us they had run out of vegetables and the risotto, so he changed it to a clump of overcooked rice. We didn’t get the option to choose anything different . He was very blasé about it. At breakfast the scrambled egg was a solid block!!!! Disgusting to say the least. I can only suggest your chef gets more training or gets replaced.
