Lovely hotel featuring Thomas The Tank Engine and located within the grounds of Drayton Manor Theme Park. Really friendly staff throughout and rooms well presented and ours had a lovely bath which was a bonus.

Overpriced and run down
Paid over £200 for a shortly overnight stay and we were disappointed with the standard of room and facilities. Furniture and fixtures in the room were tired and in need of refurbishment and the dressing table area top still had dust on it! At over £200 I would expect better than this. £100-£120 would have been a reasonable price. I wouldn't recommend staying here based on our experience.

It's been great Comfortable enough Not overly expensive Came the week before Christmas so Christmas activities on, which my 3 year old loved! We're vegan and they accommodated for us at breakfast All the staff have been super lovely. For us/the price, so much easier than coming to Thomasland last year We'd stay here again Do have to pay for car parking (we paid £7 for both nights) which isn't obvious.

It was a quick and easy check-in… I prepaid via third party and had to pay for additionally for parking that I wasn’t aware of before, even though I was attending a training event the day after. Dining was ok. Had the bar menu and a glass of wine, was asked if I wanted to pay to my room and I said yes. I got a call later and was disturbed in my room to pay as the check-in didn’t take a card number. Breakfast was a good assortment of fruit, toast, cooked etc
